Job Description:
Managing the potential and active client’s communications, the Customer Support team is responsible for cultivating satisfied customers. In our company, potential and current clients expect excellent service, and it is the support team’s job to support the clients.
- Incoming and outgoing calls
- Emails
- Clients’ online application and documents.
The work is done in comfortable and flexible shifts with a competitive salary.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with clients via email and phone calls.
- Communication with other departments to ensure services are provided to clients.
- Maintaining a high quality of service for new and returning clients.
Qualifications:
- Fluent/ Mother Tongue English.
- Detail-oriented personality.
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- No experience is needed.
